Just a quick reminder about medications currently NOT stocked at Meritus:
Diltiazem Droperidol TXA (may be in the pyxis, but we have an abundance to use at DES before expiration) Ketamine Etomidate Succinylcholine Vecuronium
If you need to replace these drugs, please contact me, or your nearest EMS supervisor. 200 mg vials of Ketamine will not be restocked after their use, and units will only carry one vial of 500 mg as a multi-dose vial. (see wcqa.net/ketamine-out-of-stock/ if you need a ketamine multi-dose tracking form)
