Integrity Award Nomination Forms

Good morning.
In a spirit of recognizing and celebrating those clinicians that demonstrate integrity and patient advocacy in EMS, we have developed a program that allows you to submit those examples for recognition.
Has a clinician demonstrated extraordinary patience in a challenging situation? Routinely not cut corners but is thorough in their workflow to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care? Have you witnessed a clinician go above and beyond to advocate for those unable to advocate for themselves? Do you have a team member that exhibited accountability in patient care decisions while communicating clearly and effectively? A clinician that supports mutual respect and collaboration to benefit both internal and external customers?
Integrity is critically important in EMS. We are entrusted with people’s lives. It’s all around you in the smallest of tasks.
If you witness an example of integrity – let us know. We want to not only highlight what is not acceptable behavior, but accentuate the positive behavior that everyone should strive to emulate.
Attached is the form for completed nominations, which should be sent to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.
