Good morning, Happy Friday! We all know the request for transport for “abnormal labs” call. But what if that “abnormal lab” is an elevated D-Dimer? Does that heighten your suspicion of increased risk of a higher acuity patient? Does it change how you assess or treat your patient? What conditions are you trying to rule

200mg/20 ml vials will be restocked to units from supervisors. Please make sure you are checking concentrations with every daily check and every administration. This concentration should be used for IV pain management dosages. These will not be used as multi-dose vials. They will be available in pyxis for restock after use. 500mg/10 ml concentration
